CONFESSION TIME 😮‍💨

I feel like I'm definitely not the only one who has felt this way lately...

That the past few months (or even the past YEAR) has felt HARDER than usual.

For MONTHS I’ve been telling myself the story that business used to be a lot EASIER”. That the “good ol days.” are gone.

I then started to build up a lot of EVIDENCE to support this narrative because pretty much ALLLL of my coach friends have been saying the same thing.

It seemed like EVERYONE was in a funk or void, and so I just accepted it as the truth.

Maybe you came into the coaching world ambitious and ready to go all in... and reached your income goals quickly!

But now you're edging on year 2 or 3 of your biz and you're like WTF has been going on?! You're making less money than before AND starting to feel frustrated and annoyed...

I get it because I was feeling the same way too.

In March I decided, enough is enough. I’m going to flip this story upside down and get back into my groove again and become the hottest, richest, and best version of ME (and then ATTRACT that same energy BACK to me)

Here’s how I got myself out of that LAME ASS narrative →

PART 1: I CREATED A NEW “HIGHER SELF” IDENTITY METHOD

Each day, I would do a DESIRES RAMPAGE aka make a big list in my journal of ALLLL of my desires.

I would write things like.. a brand new Lavender Vespa, Eurotrip, Prada Over the Knee Boots, dreamy hot loving & committed partner, etc.

I then I would ask myself, “What is 1 way that I can show up as the version of HER who has all of this, already today?”

And each day, I started growing 0.1% closer to my next level identity.

PART 2: I STARTED FOCUSING MORE ON MY PERSONAL BRAND

Yeah… there mayyyy be a lot of coaches nowadays.

But there is only ONE Laura Niese.

SO I started to DOUBLE DOWN on what made me different and unique to STAND OUT.

🖤 What’s my X-Factor?

🖤 What do I stand for? What do I stand against? What are my beliefs?

🖤 What’s my Framework for getting my clients results?

PART 3: MY NEW DAILY SALES STRATEGY STARTED PAYING OFF.

I had been testing a new sales strategy over the past 2 months.

At first, I wasn’t sure if it was working because for 3 weeks I heard crickets.

But then I started receiving new inquiries into my DM’s weekly for allll of my ever-enrolling offers (my 1:1. Voxer, monthly intensives, people joining my MM Waitlist) 

I learned that it takes time + consistency to build awareness around your offers (you can’t just mention your 1:1 2X/month)

Create a sales strategy, stick with it, and eventually the client inquiries come flooding in.

PART 4: I went back to the BUSINESS FOUNDATIONS.

After spending a lot of time without much structure in my business and learning from a lot of “VIBE” coaches, I realized that it wasn’t really serving me anymore.

I decided I needed more structure, after all.

✓ I created a solid content plan that gets me more visible and a daily sales strategy 

✓ I simplified TF out of my offer suite.

✓ I created a new email funnel that automates my leads generation for me so I’m not always relying on creating NEW content.

PART 5: I got clear on MY VISION and my FRAMEWORK

 I saw a lot of coaches investing into mentorship but then seeing little to no ACTUAL ROI over the past year.

I wanted to reverse engineer how I could actually get my clients an ROI through a proven method. So I created the SIMPLICITY Framework.

Having a Framework that is proven and tested and works gave me confidence AND clarity on how I can best get my clients results 

PART 5: I got clear on MY VISION and my FRAMEWORK

I also got clear on where I actually wanted to be at the end of 2023, and in 3 years.

I know I want to grow my Personal Brand, my Podcast, book more speaking gigs, host retreats in Bali, scale my Mastermind, Create more Passive Income Courses, and eventually launch a product based business.

Getting clear on MY VISION allowed me to get out of comparison with what everyone else was doing, and put my blinders up with what I desire for MY business and what excites ME.
