I AM OBSESSED WITH THE STRUCTURE OF MY MASTERMIND 🤓

I used to get ideas for programs and create each training/lesson as I went, letting my intuition run wild with ideas.

It was fun for a while, yes.

But is it the best way for your clients to see results?

INNOVATION and INTENTIONALITY are super important in my eyes :)

Now my favorite way to create an offer is to get VERY clear on the end transformation, reverse engineer how to get there, make it as easily digestible as possible, break it down even more, and create a proven method/framework.

Then I test the method for 90 days, refine a little more, take my clients through the process, get results, and refine EVEN MORE.

Sooooo I wanted to take you through how I structured my current Mastermind, Ascension 🦋⚡️

I’ve participated in 4 High Level Masterminds over the past 4 years. 

Each new Mastermind I joined, I got a taste of what I liked and what I didn’t like.

I’ve also been running my OWN high level Masterminds the past 4 years. In fact, a MASTERMIND was the first thing I created as part of my offer suite. 

I’m obsessed with Mastermind Experiences and I’m SUPER excited because this round of Ascension is the most INTENTIONAL and well thought out round I’ve ever created.

UPDATED FOR 2023 PRIVATE COURSE PORTAL

I created the new portal based on my SIMPLICITY framework. Each video is 5-15 minutes in length with slides, homework, actionable takeaways, and NO FLUFF. 

So don’t worry, you don’t have to watch 1-2 hour zoom videos. It’s very easy to move through and implement to see results. 

My end goal is to give you exactly what you need to reach CONSISTENT 5 figure months. I reverse engineered all of the trainings to get you exactly there.

The last MM I participated in there were 25-30 women inside. I would wake up to 200 Voxer messages each morning, it felt very overwhelming, and I felt bad taking up even 5 minutes of space on the Zoom Calls. 

Ascension is VERY hands on and intimate. → We have 3 60-90 minute hot seat coaching calls per month (never more than 5 girls per call).  I am very hands on in your business, helping you make micro tweaks and shifts to things like your messaging, your branding, content, launch strategy, offer suite, etc.

The calls are very fun, we feel like best friends, but also very hands on and organized. I give a lot of templates, spreadsheet, swipe copy, and more.

90 MINUTE KICKOFF STRATEGY INTENSIVE

Once you enroll, you have an onboarding video to watch so that you know how best to THRIVE inside of the container, what to do when things get hard, how best to move through the portal, to use the What’s app chat, etc.

I also have you fill out a detailed welcome questionnaire and then based on your feedback we hit the ground running with a 90 minute 1:1 intensive to map out your 4 month game plan to help you reach your goals and you can start seeing results immediately. 

I use a lot of spreadsheets and templates and Google Docs so that you feel very supported in your masculine so that your feminine can flow.

4 MONTH CONTAINER BASED ON MY SIMPLICITY FRAMEWORK

My word this year is SIMPLICITY. You may be repeating the same things over and over again in your business when you can just do something ONCE and systematize it and then create a lot more SPACIOUSNESS in your life.
