I did $100,000 MORE in sales when I focused on SIMPLICITY and SMART AF STRATEGY 📈

Instead of launching a random brand new offer every time I had an IDEA 💡 (Which by the way, not EVERY idea is a good idea, lol)

→ I decided to get clear on the end transformation I provided for my clients, which is helping them reach consistent 5 figure months.

→ I created a 7 part Framework, my SIMPLICITY Framework, to help them get there.

→ Then I brainstormed niche specific offers and workshops that fit the customer journey and each offer matched a different part of that Framework.

For example, one part of the Framework is PERSONAL BRANDING.

I now have a niche specific offer, PREMIUM, that focuses SOLELY on Personal Branding.

Another part of the framework is AUDIENCE GROWTH. I now have a niche specific workshop, FOREPLAY, that it all about visibility & audience Growth.

All of my offers solve a very specific problem and give incredible micro-transformations.

Some mistakes I see people make with their offers are 👇🏻

1️⃣ They don’t have the customer journey in mind and are launching random offers or they have dead end offers meaning they have no where to go once that offer ends.

2️⃣ They try and cram EVERYTHING into one offer (causing overwhelm and poor client retention)

3️⃣ They launch new offers all the time without thinking and stop focusing on their high ticket leveraged money making offers (which burns them out and decreases their revenue)

4️⃣ Each offer solves the SAME PROBLEM

5️⃣ There are price gaps in between their offers.

❌ I used to begin every month at 0.

❌ Not knowing what I was going to sell that month and just “waiting” for the idea to come to me.

❌ Intuitively creating content or just creating content whenever I “felt” the vibe to create content (without understanding the Buyer’s Journey and Marketing Psychology)
